Liu Guchang: “Russia and China are Given an Example of Cooperation in Struggle against Crisis”

The Chinese Ambassador to the Russian Federation Liu Guchang called a partnership between China and Russia “a classic example of international cooperation for recovery from world financial crisis”. In the interviews to the newspaper "Zhenmin Zhibao” he said that in conditions of crisis neither of the countries of the world can only take care of itself, and there need to be a wide and strong international cooperation to overcome it. China’s granting of $25 billion credits to Russia to support the project of the Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline construction is, according to Liu Guchang, a successful example of mutually beneficial zero-risk cooperation between the two countries.
