“We have turned attention to the fact that all the SCO member states have experienced the world financial crisis impact in a different way,” said the Head of the Chinese government. “Thanks to our geographic location and favorable terms we will be able to fully overcome difficulties through collaboration,” he emphasized.
The Premier of the State Council of the PRC mentioned as an example of such cooperation oil supply and credit agreements recently signed with Russia. According to him, these agreements “allowed to solve various problems in oil collaboration” between the two countries.
